I wouldn't buy from Wrangler.com
I wouldn't buy from Wrangler.com. I ordered an item and when I received it the item was defective. They apparently have no quality control to look for defects in items being shipped. Then, to make matters worse, they said they would send the replacement item but when I checked voice mail, the representative had called back and said they weren't going to send the item and that I would have to go online and redo the order. Unfortunately, they don't give you the credit until they receive the return. So, best solution is to not buy from them on-line and find a local merchant if you want their merchandise.

Horrible service
Tracking information was invalid. Ended up being delivered with NO notification. Sat outside in the heat of Florida for seven hours when I was home. Could have been stolen.

Refund Excuses
I purchased a few items November of 2022. I returned 1 item (a jacket) and the company stated they received the jacket on January 5,2023. It is Jan 26, and I am still waiting for my refund. I have called numerous times and I get the same answer. "Please wait 3-5 days." Those days pass by and nothing. Their processing and customer service is horrible.

Fraud and theft
They have held my refund for over two weeks. They have recently informed me they CANCELED my refund because I submitted a dispute through PayPal. How insane/unethical is that? This is fraud, plain and simple. I am warning everyone off of ordering from Wrangler. They are thieves.

Absolutely garbage
I've bought wrangler jeans for years, and up until around 4 years ago they were durable and lasted for years but now they hardly last a month or 2. I got 5 pair for Christmas and today one of those pairs ripped along the pocket as I sat down. I guess you've lost a 20+ year customer.

Once again
Ordered five star slim fit jeans online. Once again the right leg is longer then the left. Looks like hell! Another American company going to crap!

Clothing need help
Long sleeve shirts, torso made 4-6 inches to short and sleeves 1" to short.
Cargo pants look stupid with the back pockets look like they are sewn inside out and no pocket flap to keep your wallet in your pocket! Been wearing wranglers most of my life, I guess if they don't change back to normal, I'll have to switch brands!
Notice the seam on pocket, it's crooked and got by QC

Poor customer service
While I love wrangler jeans and clothing, I recently had a bad experience with customer service. A pair of jeans I bought had a rivet pop off after the first washing. I promptly wrote to Wrangler and described the issue and requested a warranty exchange. Their response took several days. When it showed up essentially they put all the inconvenience on me to print a label, package and ship the jeans, then wait 6-8 weeks for them to decide if the issue would be considered grounds for an exchange.
I requested they just send me a new rivet so I could fix them myself. I got no response.

It's too bad a great company with otherwise great products has extremely poor customer service.

I've been a wrangler customer for about 50 years. Apparently that means nothing.

Garbage
This once great company seems to have sold out to offshore garbage manufacturing. Jeans failed because of poor material after hardly any wear.

Quality problems
You used to be able to depend on Wrangler...a rugged long wearing pair of jeans. I'm 73 years old, so no longer in a job that is hard on clothing by any means, however, after two months the left back pocket began to rip for no reason at all. I carry my wallet in the right back pocket. Another pair ripped at the bottom of the pocket and up the side of the pocket. The quality of material that is being used seems to be thinner and does not hold up. Like Levi's Wrangler is not made in the USA and both have quality problems.

Wrangler makes a mistake, it's your fault
I ordered an extra small corduroy overalls from Wrangler and they sent me an extra large. Unfortunately, I recently had a skydiving accident and was a little immobilized on my couch. So I wasn't able to go print off a return label and mail it back to FedEx. And they wouldn't send me the XS until I sent back their XL. I asked for a small discount off of the current order to make things right and the customer service rep said I was already getting a discount by them not charging me to send the current pair back and not charging me to place a new order over the phone. She also said that by them covering the shipping costs, that is the discount and they make mistakes. Sure, everyone makes mistakes but Wrangler acted like they were bending over backwards doing the bare minimum after they sent me a mislabeled item from their warehouse. Fair enough to say I will never be buying from Wrangler again.

Not good service
Not a good website. I wanted a shirt that was supposed to be in stock. Ordered a second shirt to get free shipping. Shirt i actually wanted was not in stock. I got a last minute email when they were closed and they shipped the shirt I didn't really want. I have to pay to return. What a joke they can't track their own inventory. I will not shop there again.

The worst customer service
The worst customer service. 1 min after i've ordered two pair of jeans i realised that the size is not right and immediately sent a request to change the size. 12 hours later Anna from the customer service informed me that this was impossible because my order was processed. Very kindly she gave me 2 options - 1. to wait until i receive them and to return back to their address and order the new size again or.. to order new ones immediately. Approximately £200 again or £400 in total within 10 hours. I spent 3 days searching for the best option to buy jeans and at the grand finale I met Anna from Wrangler customer service. They lost me as a client Forever. I won't recommend them to ANY person.
